SCOPE The materials defined

3、 by these specifications are injection moldable or extrusion grades of polybutylene terephthalate polyester based thermoplastics containing no fillers or reinforcements. 2. APPLICATION ESA-M4D359-A1: This specification was released originally for material used for radio push buttons and turn and eme

4、rgency signal switch assemblies. ESA-M4D359-A2: This specification was released originally for material used for parking brake cable liners and coating. Note: Material defined by the ESA-M4D359-A1 replaces and is same as former ESA-M4D359-A. Existing drawings specifying ESA-M4D359-A do not require r

5、evision to reflect this new classification. 3. REQUIREMENTS Requirements shall apply to both the A1 and A2 materials unless otherwise noted. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mate

GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarificatio

A wide variation in Melt Flow Rate value exists among the four injection molding grade materials approved for this application to which attention should be directed when molding conditions are chosen. At 250 C with a 2.16 kg, load
