、ANCE TO ADHESIVE SEEPAGE The material, when tested as described, shall resist penetration or seepage of ESB-M2G43 or ESB-M2G56, Adhesive (Rubber Base), through more than 50% of the thickness of the material. In addition, there shall be no through “spot“ bleeding at any area of the material. Test Met

Apply 15 - 20 g of ESB-M2G43 and/or ESB-M2G56 adhesive (Rubber Base) on the mid 12 x 12 in (300 x 300 mm) area of a sheet steel panel, spreading uniformly over the surface. The panel used should be 12 x 15 in (300 x 380 mm) or a size
、 which will permit support of two lengthwise ends over a frame or rack. . Place the sample on the treated surface of the panel, then roll with a roller weighing 5 lb (2.3 kg) (without applying additional pressure). . Turn the panel upside down and rest the ends on a rack, frame, or upturned boards.
、Allow adhesive to set for 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C. . Determine % seepage. 3.7 HUMIDITY RESISTANCE The material shall not delaminate or disintegrate when cemented to a metal panel and suspended in an inverted position for 5 days at 38 +/- 1 C and 95 - 100% relative humidity. 3.8 COMPRESSION AND RECOVERY (

、4-B FLAMMABILITY REQUIREMENT In order to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 302, the materials, portions of components, and composites shall not burn, or transmit a flame across its surface, at a rate of more than 4 in (101 mm) per min. To demonstrate compliance, the sample size a
