3、QUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COLOR Water white 3.2 VISCOSITY AT 37.8 C 16.90 - 19.34 mm2/s (ASTM D 445) 3.3 FLASH POINT, min 150 C
4、(ASTM D 92) 3.4 FIRE POINT, min 183 C (ASTM D 92) 3.5 POUR POINT, max -29 C (ASTM D 97) 3.6 NEUTRALIZATION VALUE, max 0.10 (ASTM D 664 or D 974) 3.7 CONTAMINATION The material shall be free from acid, alkali, moisture, tarry or suspended matter, thickeners or other foreign matter. It must also be fr
5、ee from any objectionable odors. 3.8 LUBRICANT CLEAN-UP AND PAINT RECEPTIVITY The material shall be readily removed with petroleum naphtha or denatured alcohol to provide a surface receptive to paint repair with no evidence of “fish eyes“, crawling, or other visible paint defects. Test Methods: Apply a thin film of lubricant to panels fresh with ESB-M50J100 enamel per FLTM BI 103-02. Allow 1 h air dry at 23 +/- 2 C and 50 - 55% relative humidity. Wipe the lubricant with a soft cloth moistened with M14J547 naphtha. Repaint with enamel and examine for paint defects.
