SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are slit polyvinyl chloride film, multifilament nylon reinforced knit fabrics of good quality and uniform composition, manufact

3、ured on a 5 cut circular knitting machine. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for material used as an interior trim vinyl for covering automotive seat cushions and seat backs. 3. REQUIREMENTS ESB-M2F108-B1 was originally designated ESB-M2F108-B, and where ESB-M2F108-B is in

4、dicated on engineering drawings, patterns, specifications, etc., ESB-M2F108-B1 will be understood. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.5 FABRIC CONSTRU

Rub the sample for an additional 10 cycles

14、with the foam to remove loose soil. Continue soil evaluation according to the FLTM BN 112-01 test method. 21、. 3.22 FLAMMABILITY TEST PROGRAM Materials, portions of components, and composites governed by this specification must also comply with the requirements of ES-D3AB11014-AA. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. ESB-M2F108-B may have previously been supplied in Vilon and Clarion patterns in addition to the Biscay pattern. ESB-M2F108-B1 is restricted to the Biscay pattern only.
