SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are injection molding grade mineral filled nylons with high mechanical and thermal properties, good

4、surface finish, excellent moldability, and dimensional stability. ESB-M4D353-A1 Material offers superior “toughness“, including impact resistance. ESB-M4D353-A2 Material offers superior overall strength, including high rigidity. ESB-M4D353-A3 Material contains 15% glass fiber in addition to 25% mine

5、ral filler, to achieve exceptional creep and warp resistance suitable for exterior body components, painted in body color. ESB-M4D353-A4 Material offers superior surface quality, suitable for exterior body components, painted in body color. ESB-M4D353 Suffix designations correspond to former “type“

6、categorization as follows: ESB-M4D353-A1 Replaces ESB-M4D353-A, Type I ESB-M4D353-A2 Replaces ESB-M4D353-A, Type II Existing drawings specifying ESB-M4D353-A, Types I or II do not require revision to reflect this new suffix classification. 2. APPLICATION The specifications released originally for no

7、n-decorated grades of these resins were released for the corporate buzzer base, and are intended for applications requiring high mechanical and/or thermal properties where dimensional tolerances are critical. The body exterior paintable grades were initially released for quarter panel extensions and
