A combination of hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, esters or
19、ketones having an olefinic or cycloolefinic type of unsaturation - 5%. . A combination of aromatic compounds with eight or more carbon atoms to the molecule except ethylbenzene - 8%. . A combination of ethylbenzene, ketones having branched hydrocarbon structures, trichloroethylene or toluene - 20%.
20、Whenever any organic solvent or any constituent of an organic solvent may be classified from its chemical structure into more than one of the above groups of organic compounds, it shall be considered as a member of the most reactive chemical group, that is, that group having the least allowable perc
21、ent of the total volume of solvents. The shipping containers of the reclaim primer must be labeled “Reclaimed ESB-M6J74 or ESB-M6J107“ with the identification of the plant from which the material was taken. Note: In addition to the preceding labeling requirement, when ESB-M6J74 is re
25、claimed, the type (I or II) must also appear on the label. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of these specifications. 5.1 FLAMMABILITY This material represents a potential fire hazard. The Manufacturing Engineering Department shall notify both the Plant Security and the Safety Units of its presence in the Plant to assure that proper fire precautions are provided. The location in which it is used or stored shall be included in the notification.
