SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a low modulus, high elongation fluoroelastomer, with excellent oil and heat resistance, suitable for long-term, high t
3、emperature service conditions. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in the “best-in-class“ gasket for the rocker arm and oil pan, where high flange temperature resistance is required. 3. 4、uppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MATERIAL TESTING 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All tests shall be performed on specimens die-cut from the molded parts or from molded ASTM test sheets, press cured for
5、10 minutes at 177 C and post cured for 16 h at 232 C. The ASTM test sheets shall have the following dimensions: 150 x 150 mm, min x 2.0 +/- 0.2 mm. Specimens taken from parts shall be cut as follows: . Tensile Strength according to ASTM D 412, die C, full thickness. If the length between the compres

Volume Change -25 mm x part width x part thickness. . Compression Set -25 mm long x part width x single thickness minus any
