SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a hardened, tempered and bright polished, specially flattened carbon spring steel in strip form. 2. AP

3、PLICATION This specification was released for material used to manufacture valve discs and reeds for automotive shock absorbers. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production

6、ord Global Technologies, Inc. 3.3.1 The material shall be of uniform hardness throughout and free from internal stresses and decarburization. 3.4 SURFACE The surface shall be polished, free from pits, scratches, scale and rust. A blue polished surface may be used. 3.5 FLATNESS The flatness of the ma
