APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to retain starter field coils prior to paper wrap, or as gene
3、ral purpose pressure sensitive tape. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP The tape shall consist of creped p
4、aper backing, coated on one side with a pressure sensitive adhesive, which requires no moisture, heat, or special preparation prior to application. The edges of the tape shall be straight, true and unbroken. 3.2.1 Paper Shall be uniform in texture and have sufficient strength to allow the tape to be
5、 unwound from its roll. 3.2.2 Adhesive Shall be a smooth, uniform coating, covering the entire area of one side of the tape. There shall be no separation of the adhesive from the backing upon unwinding from the roll. The tape shall adhere immediately and firmly to clean dry surfaces to which the tap
