6、roduce IR spectra andtherm ograms that correspond to the reference standard whentested under the same conditions.3.2 Cured Material3.2.1 Shore Hardness “D“At 23 +/- 2 C 75 - 90At 120 +/- 2 C 70 - 80Test Method:1) Fill adhe sive of 60 C in a tin cup 80 mm diameter and6 mm high without bubbles.2) Cure

7、 adhesive at 135 +/- 2 C for 65 minutes.3) Deter mine shore hardness according to ASTM D 2240 afterdwell tim e of 15 seconds. Condition for 1 hour at thespecified test temperature prior to test.3.2.2 Aluminum/Aluminum Shear StrengthTest Method:1) Degre ase panels of aluminum (A1 Mg3 F21) 1.5 x 25 x1

8、00 mm using 1,1,1 trichloroethylene at 23 +/- 2 C.2) Dry panels at 60 +/- 2 C in a mechanical convection ovenfor 2 minutes.3) Imme rse panels in a solution of chromosulfuric acidac cording to DIN 53281 clause 4.3.1, for 30 minutes at63 +/- 2 C.4) Rinse panels twice with demineralized water afterremo

9、val.5) Dry p anels in a mechanical convected air dry oven at 60+/- 2 C for 10 minutes.6) Preheat panels and adhesive to 60 C. 19、in the properties, composition,construction, color, processing or labeling of the materialoriginally approved und er this specification, whether or notsuch c hanges affect the materials ability to meet thespecification requirements, the Supplier shall notifyPurchasing, Toxicology and the affected Ma

20、terial s Engineeringactiv ity of the proposed changes and obtain the writtenapproval of the Materials Engineering activity. Test data,test samples and a new code identification are to besubmitted with the request.Substance restrictions imposed by law, regulations or Ford,ap ply to the materials addr

21、essed by this document. Therestrictions are defined in Engineering MaterialsSpecification WSS-M99P9999-A1.4. APPROVAL OF MATERIALSMat erials defined by this specification must have prior approval by theresp onsible Materials Engineering activity. Suppliers desiring approvalof thei r materials shall

22、first obtain an expression of interest from theaffec ted Purchasing, Design and Materials Engineering activity. Uponrequest, the Supplier shall submit to the affected Materials Engineeringactivity a completed copy of their laboratory test reports, signed by aqualified and authorized representative o

23、f the test faci lity, demonstratingful l compliance with all the requirements of this specification (testresults, not nominal values), the material designation a nd code number, andtes t specimens for Ford evaluation. Fords engineering approval of amateri al will be based on its performance to this

24、specification and on anassessment of suitability for intended processes and/or applications. Uponapprov al, the material will be added to the Engineering Material ApprovedSource List.5.
