SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are polyisocyanate hardeners. 2. APPLICATION These specifications
3、were released originally for materials used as hardener for two pack high flexible paint materials for plastic substrates. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materi
4、als (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 COMPOSITION Modified hexamethylene diisocyanate in organic solvents. 3.5 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.5.1 Non-volatile 74 +/- 1 % (FLTM BI 102-01) 3.5.2 Density see Initial Sample +/- 0.05 g/mL (ASTM D 1475) 3.5.3 Viscosity as supplied see Initial Sample +/- 10 s (FLTM BI 111-01)
5、3.5.4 Storage Stability: 90 days During a storage of 90 days between 5 and 32 C temperature the material as supplied shall not change properties and the aged material must pass all specification requirements. 3.6 QUALITY The hardeners must be compatible with all related paint materials. Paint materials used in connection with these hardeners must meet all requirements of the affected paint material specification.
