REQUIRMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 SYSTEM COMPONENTS . Phosphate coat per ESB-M3P1. . Apply first coat of baked phenolic pa
4、int, color as specified on engineering drawing. . Apply second coat of baked phenolic paint, color as specified on engineering drawing. . Apply third coat of baked phenolic paint, color as specified on engineering drawing. . Apply a film of liquid corrosion inhibitor. 3.2 DURABILITY PROPERTIES 3.2.1
5、 Salt Spray Resistance, min 240 h (FLTM BI 103-01) Failure shall be defined as appearance of red rust or loss of paint adhesion more than 1/16 in (1.6 mm) from a scratch. 3.2.2 Color Finish coated parts, before and after the salt spray test, shall show a minimum of color change. 3.2.3 Threads The paint after baking shall not impair the operation of threads on steel fasteners.
