SCOPE The polyacrylate material defined by this specification has good high temperature properties. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in transm

REQUIREMENTS These tests are to be conducted on ASTM slabs and buttons and/or actual seals. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1

9、n “O“ ring or other non-rectangular cross section 60% compression set is acceptable. 5.3 Use a 3.5 in (89 mm) long seal segment and pull at 10 in (254 mm)/min for tensile strength. 5.4 When ASTM slabs are tested, durometer “A“ hardness (ASTM D 2240) may be used in place of microhardness (ISO 48/ASTM D 1415).
