Select the test panel and center it under the breach between the upper and lower dies with the test side up. 4. Run the ductility cup tester the 6.35 mm cycle using t

7、he start button at the front of the machine, the preset automatic stop and the redraw button at the upper left of the machine. 5. 8、chnologies, Inc. 6. Apply a piece of 3M tape to the test piece at the edge of the length of the test piece and over the crown area. 7. Place the taped sample on a white piece of paper and remove the tape pulling 90 to surface of the test piece. 8. Examine part and tape for removal of coating. 9. Exp

9、ose panel to 240 hours of salt spray per FLTM BI 103-01. 10. Remove from salt spray and examine. Compare with figures on page 3. Rate red rust and report figure that corresponds to the test panel. Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly. Each party is responsible for determining proper use and handling in its facilities.
