Preheat the top heater to 600 OF and bottom heater to 900 OF. Turn on the vacuum pump. Set the heating timer to 0.30
6、 minutes. Set the drape return timer to 20 s. Set the “autedrape“ switch to the bottom position. Set the drape return to the bottom position. Clamp the sample, vinyl side down, securely to clamping form. Roll the clamping frame under the heaters - be certain the frame is pushed in far enough to ener
7、gize the timer switch. Cycle pilot light on the right hand side of the console will light. When the buzzer sounds, pull the clamping frame from the heater zone. Of the 20 s available in Step 6, allow 1 O s for vacuum forming and 1 O s for cooling with air line. Push the eject-reset button and remove
8、 the sample. Rating The material should be rejected for vacuum embossing operations if any delamination, blistering, excessive discoloration or loss of grain retention occurs. Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly. Each party is responsible for determining proper use and handling in its facilities.
