2、 APPLICATION: This material is used for effectively cleaning the hands and skin of dirt and grime normally associated with plant operations. The material shall clean effectively in hard, soft, cold, or hot water. It shall leave the cleaned hands and skin soft and pliable. The cleaner shall flow thr

3、ough Company approved dispensers without clogging or excessive flowing. 3. REQUIREMENTS: 3.1 COMPOSITION: Min Anhydrous Soap 10% (ASTM D 800) Non-Volatiles 11% (FLTM AK 105-01) Note: Biodegradable materials shall be used where applicable in the composition. 3.2 VISCOSITY (CPS): 5,000 - 11,000 (ASTM

4、D 1824) 3.3 PH VALUE: 5% Solution at 25 C (77 F) 8.0 min. 9.6 max (ASTM D 1172) 3.4 SURFACE TENSION: (1% Solution) 35 Dynes/cm. max (ASTM D 1331) 3.5 RINSING PROPERTIES: The material shall be free rinsing when tested as follows: 3.5.1 TEST MATERIALS: Synthetic hard water shall be made in the followi

5、ng manner: 0.264 gram/liter Calcium Chloride (CaCl2.2H2O) 0.295 gram/liter Magnesium Sulfate (MfSO2.7H2O) NON-PRODUCTION MATERIAL SPECIFICATION M-1B10-A Page 2 of 2 3.5.2 TEST PROCEDURE: Dissolve 2.0 ml of the detergent in 98 ml of synthetic hard water at room temperature (25 +/- 2C.) in a clean 250

6、 ml Erlenmeyer flask. Stopper the flask and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Pour out the solution. Rinse the flask by the same procedure, using three 75 ml portions of synthetic hard water alone. Invert the flask and allow to dry, and examine for any residue not rinsed from the interior. The flask sh

7、all not contain significantly more residue after being dried than a similar flask allowed to dry after rinsing with hard water alone. 3.6 COLOR AND ODOR: The color shall be pink, and the odor shall be pleasant, as verified by shop trial. 3.7 FORM AND CONSISTENCY: The material shall be smooth and cre

8、amy, and must be of sufficient consistency to prevent waste and accidental spillage from the hands when used, as verified by shop trial. 3.8 STABILITY: The material shall not separate in normal storage, as verified by shop trial. 4.
