Thread in glove used to finish and append gauntlet to glove body to be 24/3 Sak quality. 2.3 2.4 All material entering into the manufacture of t
3、his glove must be of such quality as to produce a product which will be impervious to deterioration in normal dry cleaning and laundering processes. 3. SIZE (MNIMuM DUmISIONS) : Length from tip of middle finger to base of gauntlet 8 in. (203 mm) Width of palm at thumb crotch 5 in. (127 mm) Gauntlet

CONSTRUCTION: 4.1 Glove body to be robotically knitted of 3 en& of 7/1 domestic yarn with 2 in the loop and 1 in the back to produce a high loop out terry cloth construction. Gauntlet
5、is to be finished on three sides with overcast stitching and banded to the glove body inseam with double row of stitching. All seams must be sewn 8 stitches per inch. 5. APPROVAL OF NEW SUPPLIERS: 5.1 Pricing of gloves from proposed new suppliers should be determined to be cost competitive by Purcha
6、sing and Supply Staff prior to obtaining laboratory and shop trial approvals. After the product has been determined to be cost competitive, gloves submitted by new manufacfxxrers to this stanard and concluded to be cost competitive must have laboratory and shop trial approvals. Recommendations for t
7、he addition of new manufacturers to the Manufacturing Approved Source List (ASL) must be made by the appropriate division standards activity in writing to the Plant Engineering Office. All supporting data must accompany the written request. 5.2 The Plant Engineering Office, Manufacturing Ssaff, and the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, Employee Relations Staff, will review requests to determine approval.
