Material conforming to WRS-M1H1162-A2/A4 contains 50% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released ori
4、ginally for material used as an interior trim fabric for C346 MCA MY14 seat insert and bolster. WSS-M1H1162-A1/A3- The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. WRS-M1H1162-A2/A4- The fabric was originally approved as backcoated and trilaminated with foam and

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined b
6、y WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS-M1H1162-A1/A3 is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WSS-M1H1162-A3 has an anti-soiling coating. 3.1.3 WSR-M1H1162-A2/A4 must contain 50% recycled content as defined by WRS-M9
7、9P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources 3.1.4 WRS-M1H1162-A4 has an anti-soiling coating 3.1.5 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-latest as applicable.
