SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are polyester based hot melt adhesives which can be fused by heat and used to laminate materials. WSB-M2

3、G279-B is in powder form and WSB-M2G279-B2 is in web form. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally to bond fabric to foam in seating applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Company

4、s Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the adhesive bonded assemblies employing component materials as specified under lamination construction, must also meet engineering requirements of WSB-M8P1-

It shall be suitable for the intended application. 3.17 STORAGE LIFE, min One year when stored at 0 - 49 C in sealed, moisture proof containers (powd

12、er form only). 3.18 FUNCTIONAL APPROVAL Materials being evaluated for approval to this specification shall be subjected to a production trial. Functional trial results must be approved by the affected assembly operation and Design Engineering. Results shall be made available to Materials Engineering prior to material approval and release.
