SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are woven polyester face fabrics which can be flam

4、e laminated to polyester or polyether urethane foam and backed with knitted fabrics. They can also be backed with HFW weldable backcoatings. 2. APPLICATION WSD-M1H632-A is used for moulded headrests and also adhesive coated for use on inner door panels. WSD-M1H632-B1, B2, C1, and C2 are used for sea

5、t wearing surfaces. WSD-M1H632-G, H, J, and K are used for inner door, quarter trim panels and/or as specified on Engineering Drawings. In addition to these requirements fabric general performance should not be reduced by the bonding process. Ford Motor Company at its discretion may perform tests on the finishe

Minimum bond strengths will be specified which may vary according to the method of bonding employed. 3.18.1 Peel Adhesion Strength, min (FLTM BN 151-05) Fabric press-formed to adhesive coated board.
