REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3 VISCOSITY Material shall meet the requirements identified in ISO
4、 Standard ISO 3448 (latest issue), ISO Viscosity Classification, to qualify as VG 100. 3.4 VISCOSITY INDEX, min 90 (ISO 2909) 3.5 FLASH POINT, min 200 C (ISO 2592) 3.6 POUR POINT, max -6 C (ISO 3016) 3.7 OXIDATION STABILITY, minimum 300 minutes (ASTM D 2272) 3.8 FUNCTIONAL APPROVAL Materials being evaluated for initial approval may be subjected to a functional trial. Functional trial results shall be evaluated by the responsible Systems Engineering and Materials Engineering activities prior to material approval and release.
