SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an unsupported expanded vinyl film. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in th
3、e manufacture of door and quarter trim panel assemblies. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, these materials must meet all the requirements of WSB-M15P4-D when supplied as part of an assembly. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part p
4、roducers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-O1) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.4.1 Instrumental Color Re

No production batch shall deviate by more than 0.85 Delta E from the designated color master nor from the preceding production batch when measured in

The abrasion resistance of production material shall b
10、e equal to or better than the sample approved by the Materials Engineering Activity. 3.12 RESISTANCE TO SCUFFING 200 cycles (FLTM BN 108-04, 0.9 kg load, A head bonded to flat area of substrate) No evidence of lifting, peeling or excessive scuffing. 14、e out) it shall not crack. 3.15 RESISTANCE TO MIGRATION STAINING AND BLOCKING (FLTM BN 103-01) After test, the specimens or the Accessory Test Material must not show any surface deterioration, color change, change in color tone (hue), or any other defects and they must be equal to or better than the
15、 sample approved by the Materials Engineering Activity. 3.16 FOGGING (FLTM BO 116-03, 3 hours at 100 +/- 2 C) Fog Number, min 70 Formation of a clear film, droplets or crystals is cause for rejection. 3.17 RESISTANCE TO H2S STAINING Suppliers shall formulate their polymeric film for maximum stabiliz
16、ation without using compounds that may cause staining. Ford Motor Company, at its option, may require confirmation of compliance when tested per FLTM AN 102-01. 19、ehouse storage of 14 days at ambient temperature and relative humidity. 3.22 WELDABILITY The material must be capable of being HF-welded under normal production conditions to the appropriate other materials released for production and/or to itself, without any difficulties and it must exhibit no fau
20、lts or defects after welding. 3.23 FUNCTIONAL APPROVAL Materials being evaluated for initial approval to this specification shall be subjected to a production functional trial. The functional trial results shall be available to design and material engineering activities prior to material approval an
21、d release. 3.24 DEFECTS Each roll of material which shows on the average more than one defect per 10 m length, will be considered as seconds and will be returned to the supplier unless other agreement is made. 22、echnologies, Inc. 3.25 MARKING Each roll of material must be provided with the suppliers label on which are shown: shade, number of meters, allowance (compensation) date of delivery etc. Furthermore, each batch must bear a consecutive number i.e. the goods which are manufactured with one color mix m
23、ust bear the same batch number. All faults and defects within one roll must be visibly marked with white flags on the edges, and an allowance of 50 cm be made for each defect. The allowance compensation must be on the total width of the material and it must be recorded on the label. No roll must con
24、tain more than two individual pieces. Each individual piece must be marked with a red flag and a compensation of 50 cm must be made for it. 3.26 FLAMMABILITY (ISO 3795/SAE J369) Burn Rate, max 100 mm/minute 5.
