APPLICATIONWSD-M9H1 25-B was released originally as a backing fabric for the flamelamina ted light weight warp knitted fabrics and/or as specified onEngineering drawing.WSD -M9H125-B2 was released originally as a backing fabric for the

REQUIREMENTSIn addition to the requirements listed herein, these fabrics shall providesati sfactory performance for textile trilamination when tested inaccordance with WSB-M8P1-H.3.1 STATISTICAL PROCESSSupplie rs must conform to the requirements of Fo

4、rd Quality SystemStand ard Q-101. A mutually acceptable Control Plan as describedtherein is required for material/source approval. Appropriatestatist ical tools must be used to analyze process/product data sothat variation in the final product is continuously reduced.3.2 INFRARED SPECTROPHOTOMETRY A

5、ND/OR THERMAL ANALYSISFord Motor Company, at its option, may conduct infrared and/ortherma l analysis of material/parts supplied to this specification.The IR spectra and thermograms established for i nitial approval shallconst itute the reference standard and shall be kept on file at thedesignated m

6、aterial laboratory. 11、t inal l characteristics to the material upon which approval wasoriginally granted.Pri or to making any change in the properties, composition,constr uction, color, processing or labeling of the materialorig inally approved under this specification, whether or not suchchange s affect the materials ab

12、ility to meet the specificationrequir ements, the Supplier shall notify Purchasing, Toxicology andthe affected Materials Engineering activity of the proposed changesand obtain the written approval of the Materials Engineeringactivity. Test data, t est samples and a new code identification areto be s

13、ubmitted with the request.Substa nce restrictions imposed by law, regulations or Ford, apply toth e materials addressed by this document. The restrictions aredefined in Engineering Material Specification WSS-M99P9999-A1, unlessa differ ent suffix (e.g., A2 or A3) is specified on the engineeringdocum

14、ent for the application.4. APPROVAL OF MATERIALSMaterials defined by this specification must have prior approval by theresponsible Materials Engineeri ng activity. Suppliers desiring approval oftheir mat erials shall first obtain an expression of interest from theaffecte d Purchasing, Design and Mat

15、erials Engineering activity. Uponrequest, the Supplier shall submit to the affected Materials Engineeringact ivity a completed copy of their laboratory test reports, signed by aqualified and authorized repres entative of the test facility, demonstratingfu ll compliance with all the requirements of t

16、his specification (testresults, not nominal values), t he material designation and code number, andtest spec imens for Ford evaluation. Fords engineering approval of amateria l will be based on its performance to this specification and on anassess ment of suitability for intended processes and/or ap

17、plications. Uponapproval, the material will be added to the Engineering Material ApprovedSource List.5.
