SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a hot melt adhesive based on polyamide resins. 2. APPLICATION This specification was orig

3、inally released for material used to bond sunvisor pad to sunvisor frame. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 COLOR Yellow, amber or

Conditioning: 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C Determination of shear strength at a rate of 25 mm/minute. Requirements: 3.10.1 At

The material must be adaptable for application in accordance with the

10、 appropriate Ford Motor Company Process Specification and must be compatible with all related materials. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 STORAGE STABILITY 6 months The material must be stable during storage at temperatures between 5 C and 32 C. 5.2 STABILITY AT OPERATION TEMPERATURE, min 4 h
