The adhesive is based on acrylic resins. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a material
3、 used to bond PVC sheeting to clean and grease free surfaces (e.g. door inner panel) or for other applications as specified on Engineering Drawing. Prior to the release for a particular application and in addition to the requirements specified within this specification, full evaluation as a componen
4、t of specific trim products must be tested by the responsible Component Engineering activity on substrates intended for use in the final application. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Require

6、) 3.5 PREPARATION OF TEST SPECIMENS Steel panels, painted with current production enamel according to respective paint specification if not otherwise specified. Test specimens shall be wiped with isopropanol/water (1:1) and dry wiped with a lint free tissue soaked with n-heptane prior to applying th
7、e tape or as recommended by supplier. Usage of a primer shall be noted in the Initial Sample Report.
