SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a 40% glass fiber and mineral reinforced molding compound based on polybutylene terephthalate
3、(PBT) that has a low tendency to warpage. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for high frequency loudspeaker component and mounting device. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD
4、REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MOLDING COMPOUND 3.4.1 Filler Content 38 - 42% (ISO 3451/2, at 750 +/- 50 C, test portion 2.5 - 3.0 g) 3.4.2 Melt Flow Rate 14
5、 - 24 g/10 minutes (ISO 1133/ASTM D 1238, 260 +/- 0.5 C, 2,16 kg) The material shall be dried for 4 h minimum at 130 - 135 C in a mechanical convection oven immediately preceding the test. 3.5 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.5.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carr
6、ied out on injection molded one-end gated test specimens.
