SCOPE The materials defi

3、ned by these specifications are 40% mineral filled injection molding compounds based on polypropylene homopolymer. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for materials used for air conditioning housing. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for init

4、ial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MOLDING COMPOUND A1 A2 3.4.1 Melt Flow Rate, g/10 minutes 4 7 1.0 - 3.5 (ISO 1133

5、/ASTM D 1238, 230 C, 2.16 kg) 3.4.2 Mineral Content, (A1 and A2) 35 - 42% (ISO 3451/1, Method A, talc filler, 30 minutes at 550 +/- 50 C, test portion 1 to 2 g) 3.5 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.5.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carried out on injection molded

6、one-end gated test specimens. Additionally, a Shear Modulus vs. Temperature curve shall be plotted for -50 to +140 C temperature range, at 5 C
