SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a molding compound based on polyvinyl chloride copolymer. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a molded plastisol

3、 cap for metal components such as wrench-wheel nut coated with E coat, for a supplementary protection against scratching in contact with other hard materials. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standar

4、d Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 COLOR Black 3.5 WEIGHT PER VOLUME 1.2 kg/L (ASTM D 816) The weight tolerance for any one supplier shall be +/- 0.2 kg/L based on the recorded weight of his original approved production samples. 3.6 TENSILE STRENGTH, min 16.9 MPa (ISO R 52

5、7, Type 2) 3.6.1 Elongation, min 350 +/- 50% 3.7 TEAR STRENGTH, min 7790 N/m (ISO 34, Method B, Procedure a) 3.8 HARDNESS, DUROMETER A 86 +/- 9 (ISO 868, 6 mm thick specimen, 5 s delay) 3.9 CHEMICAL RESISTANCE The cured plastisol shall be resistant to acids, alkalies, oils, fuels and other media enc
