SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an NLGI 1.5 grease consisting of a polyglycol base and lithium complex thickener to give the desired characteristics for assembly and long-term lubrication. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to p
3、rovide a part number for grease used for lubricating stabilizer bar bushings for 2010 B299 (FNA Tox # 184385). It can also be used as an electrical sealant for spark plug and distributor boots in ignitions, high tension electrical connections and electronic equipment. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD RE

7、following tests. 4.4.1 Chemical Attack to Painted Surfaces (FLTM BJ 126-01) Note: Not tested for initial application of this grease. Greases must be tested for chemical attack to painted surfaces for applications that come in contact with paint surfaces, ex. E-coat and powder coat. 4.4.2 Resistance
8、to Stress Cracking (FLTM BO 127-03) Note: Not tested for initial application of this grease. Grease must be tested for resistance to stress cracking when used for additional applications that come in contact with polymers such as PC, ABS, PC+ABS, ASA or acrylic. 4.4.3 Elastomer Compatibility (ASTM D
