SCOPE The material defined by these specifications is a weft knitted Jacquard 20 gauge polyester velour fabric which can be flame laminated to polyester or polyether urethane foam and backed with a knitted fabric. It ca
5、n also be backed with an HFW weldable backcoating. 2. APPLICATION WSS-M1H698-A is used for molded headrests and also adhesive coated for use on inner door panels. WSS-M1H698-B1, B2, C1, C2 are used for seat wearing surfaces. WSS-M1H698-D2 is used for adhesive for bonded door, quarter trim panel appl

21、. 3.18 REQUIREMENTS FOR FULLY BONDED DOOR PANELS The fully bonded finished component must satisfy the requirements of engineering component specification S-77FBB-23942-AA or equivalent if specified on the engineering drawing. In addition to these requirements fabric general performance should not be
22、 reduced by the bonding process. Ford Motor Company at its discretion may perform tests on the finished components to verify this.
