SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a solid vinyl film, an expanded vinyl layer
3、 and a texturized polyester fabric. 2. APPLICATION WSS-M2F156-C was developed for NA commercial vehicles and truck seating applications which require high wear and flexibility resistance. Any other application must be evaluated by Design Engineer and Materials Engineer. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition t
4、o the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/E3 or latest Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film, Interior Quality specification. Laminated materials must meet the lamination requirement per WSS-M8P3-E3 or latest performance specification. 3.1 STANDARD
5、 REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, gloss level and finish shall match the approved Corporate Design master sampl
6、e, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.3 SUPPORTED FABRIC Texturized Polyester Knit or engineering approved alternative.
