SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a solid polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
3、 film, an expanded PVC layer and a polyester fabric backing. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to be used as flexible cover stock for the binnacle of the P221 with thread stitching. 3. REQUIREMENTS This material must also meet the requirements in WSS-M15P45-A and any applicab
4、le SDS. Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 TEST SPECIMEN

9、et the performance specification WSS-M15P45-A for Instrument Panels and the applicable SDS such as the IP-SDS. If the final assembly contains an integrated airbag the material must meet the PAB-SDS and Restraints must be contacted for all requirements. Once documentation is provided that this testing is complete the material will be added to the approved source list. 5.
