2、IC, VINYL FILM, RHONBY PATTERN WSS-M5H19-B NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a napped polyester, warp knitted fabric, laminated to vinyl film. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a cover material for 2003 T

3、-BIRD sunvisors. The fabric material must always be 100 percent bonded to the vinyl substrate material. 3. REQUIREMENTS The Rhonby fabric construction must meet the requirements of WSS-M5H19-A, para. 3.6 & 3.7, and the vinyl film must meet the requirements of WSS-M2F102-E 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS F

4、OR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on

5、 the engineering drawing. 3.3 ROLL GOODS QUALITY The laminate shall be uniformly bonded, and the fabric shall not delaminate from the vinyl substrate during shipment, handling, or in-plant processing. 3.4 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Fabric 100% Polyester Substrate unsupported vinyl film ENGINEERING MAT
