SCOPE These specifications defines the minimum requirements of interior trim parts molded using sisal fiber and recycled polypropylene fiber (50% each) needled covered by carpet, woven, non woven, TPO sheet or other kind of finishing. 2. APPL
3、ICATION These specifications were released for materials requirements for rear package trays, door trim panel, instrument panel, headliner, quarter trim panel, seat-back panel, A-, B-, C-, and D-pillar molding, center console, scuff plate and inner tailgate cover. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIR
4、EMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of this specification, identified by symbol (s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.2 APPEARAN
5、CE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, grain, gloss, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.3 SISAL PP BLANK PROPERTIES All performance test must be done on molded blank with nominal thickness of 3 mm attending at east the resu

12、iner buck. Place a 900 g weight with a contact area of 50 x 50 mm on the package tray at 3 unsupported positions. Place buck in an air circulating oven at 110 +/- 2 C for 7 days. Remove, take weights off, and allow to condition for 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C prior to evaluation. (s) 3.3.5 Tensile Strength a
