2、 system is used to identify the material characteristics of non-carpeted accessory floor mats used in automotive applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an all weather injection molded floor mat for the Ranger and F-350 trucks. Materials approved
3、to this specification must meet all of the requirements in this specification and all applicable requirements of the Sound and Heat SDS. Carpeted floor mats must meet the requirements of WSS-M15P44-A. 3. REQUIREMENTS Tests shall be conducted on sections of the floor mat. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FO
4、R PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 ORIGINAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Appearance The color pattern, texture, clarity and finish shall match that of the master sample on file at the affe
5、cted Product Engineering Office. 3.2.2 Surface Condition The surface shall not be tacky to foreign material.
