APPLICATION This specification provides direction to the suppliers of black/grey box components regarding the reporting and approval of materials/processes
3、and subsequent changes requested. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mate
4、rials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIAL PROCESS IDENTIFICATION The supplier shall submit a signed materials document and the relevant specification for approval by the responsible Design and Materials Engineering Office at the time of release of the O.K. to tool package. The document shall list all of
5、the component parts, supplier part number, the material to be used for each part and the relevant material specification. Ford Material Specifications or Industry Standards may be used, e.g. ISO, ASTM, SAE, DIN, BS, CEN. If a Ford material specification or industry standard is not available, it is p

All applicable process standards should also be included with the list of materials. Generic terms such as steel, oil, plastic, rubber are not acceptable. The
7、approved materials document shall form part of the “Initial Part Submission Warrant“ (PPAP, Material Test Results - Form CFG-1004) package. Supplier is required to complete the materials document by “OK-to-tool“ date. 3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY REGULATION REQUIREMENTS All plastic parts, fit/function
