Not applicable.4 Procedure4.1 Preparation.4.1.1 Ensure that the battery is fully charged.4.1.2 At this test the vehicle is not started.4.1.3 A power supply unit shall be connected in par-allel to the vehicle bat
6、tery. The power supply voltageshall be regulated to 14.5 V.4.2 Conditions.4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. Not applicable.4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the require-ments of the test procedures shall have been agreedupon. Such requirements shall be specified on com-ponent drawings, test certi
7、ficates, reports etc.4.3 Instructions.4.3.1 Record on data sheets the name of the circuiton the fuse block, the rating of fuse and other compo-nents, if any, that are on that circuit.4.3.2 After all of the components on the circuit havebeen determined, remove the fuse and insert theshunt in itsplace
8、.4.3.3 Turn on all the components in the circuit andmeasure the current through the shunt.4.3.4 Record the current on the data sheet.4.3.5 Repeat for every fuse in fuse block.5 Data5.1 Calculations.
