3、 standard aims at correctly and effectively representing bearings on drawings in drafting. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to schematic drawing of bearings. Items not shown in this standard shall conform to KS B 0001 (Mechanical Drawing). 3. SCHEMATIC REPRESENTATION 3.1. Simplified representation If

4、nothing interferes, bearings shall be indicated simply by the method shown in Fig. 1 2.22.16. In any case, the outline shall be drawn to the specified dimensions based on the following standard. Indication of chamfering of adjacent parts shall not be omitted. KS B 2023 Deep groove ball bearings KS B

6、-aligning thrust roller bearings 3.2. Detailed indication method 3.2.1. Drawings to help understand bearing types shall conform to Fig. 1 1.21.16. However, in case of representing bearings projected to the direction of the rotating shaft, Fig. 1 1.17 shall be followed. 3.2.2. In case of representing

7、 bearing types by symbols, Fig. 1 2.22.16 shall be followed. However, in case of representing bearings projected to the direction of the rotating shaft, Fig. 1 1.17 shall be followed. 3.2.3. In any case of Fig. 1 1.23.2 (deep groove ball bearings), a leader shall be used to indicate the bearing specification, standard part number and nominal number specified in KS B 2012. As shown in Fig. 2, the arrowhead of the leader shall touch th

Draw a circle of a diameter of A/2, which has a point on “aa“ as the center and adjoins the bearing side, to repr

16、esent the contour of the steel ball, and represent contour of the inner ring with a straight line passing point “e“ on the circumference and is parallel with “aa“. 18、he roller contour. At the threshold side, “ef“ becomes the inner ring contour. At the side without threshold, the inclined straight line “gh“, which passes “g“, apex of the square, and forms an angle of 15g with “aa“, represents the contour. Types “NJ“, “NU“, and “NF“ shall conform to type “N“. For
