9、ed at a temperature of 235 E . 3.5.2 Specimen. 3.5.2.1 Manufacturing Method of Test Specimen. The specimen shall generally be cast separately under the same conditions as the iron castings, using the mould of the same type with the iron castings. Sampling cycle and numbers of test specimen shall be

10、agreed between the parties concerned. Specimen shall be simultaneously heat-treated along with the products in the same furnace. 3.5.2.2 Shape and Dimension of Test Specimen. Shape and dimensions of specimens shall be of 6 types made up of four Y types (No. A ) D indicated in Table 3 and 6 knock off

11、 types shown in Figure 1 (type Ka or Kb). In principle, No. B of type Y shall be used, but knock off type (type Ka or Kb) may be substituted for No. B. When there are remarkable differences in the thickness of Iron castings, one of No. A, C and D of type Y may be used, and the type of specimen shall
