2、 13 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 1. PURPOSE This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of 10% talc filled polypropylene applied to interior or exterior parts of a vehicle. 2. SCOPE This specification shall be applied to raw materials of 10% talc filled polypropylene used in all

3、 passenger cars by GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Company (hereinafter referred to as the “GMDAT“). 3. MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: PP-T10 Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116) 4. APPLICATION 4.1. Group 1 : Ta

4、lc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use high crystalline polypropylene as base especially for the improvement of impact strength, scratch resistance and rigidity. 4.2. Group 2 : Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and

5、dimensional stability, and use polypropylene copolymer as base for the improvement of impact strength. Ex) Air cleaner, Blow impeller 4.3. Group 3 : Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use polypropylene homopolymer. 4.4. Group 4 4.4.1. Type 1

6、: Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and improved scratch resistance, which is added a little content of rubber for improvement of impact strength. Unless otherwise specified in the requirements of clause 5, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 6.2. Test Tests shall be performed
