6、 3.2 Additional Requirements 3.2.1 The skin material, corrugated fiber boards, and each layer of corrugated fiber boards of a headliner unit shall not be separated with each other. The cut portion shall not be exceptional either. 3.2.2 The cutting edge of headliners shall be pressed in the entire po

7、rtions. There shall not occur separation of adhesive part or coming-off of components during assembly, transportation, etc. 3.2.3 For detail, see part drawing. 3.3 Approval and Quality Assurance Procedure. All raw materials shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and durin

8、g mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials (Spec.
