This specification specifies the requirements of basic property for patterns and qualities of double-sided adhesive tape us

3、ed for automobile. 1.2 Material Description. Type A, B and C are coated with synthetic adhesive on both sides. Adhesive sides are protected by siliconized cellulose paper, optionally EVA-film. 1.2.1 Type A. Closed-porous chloroprene foam. 1.2.2 Type B. Closed-porous ethylenevinylacetate. 1.2.3 Type

4、C. Closed-porous polyurethane foam on polyether basis. 1.3 Typical Applications. Decoration parts on the external body. 18、3.2.2 The protective covering must be detached from adhesive tape without destruction and may be detached from adhesive just before the gluing. 3.2.3 For details, see part drawing. 4 Manufacturing Process Not applicable. 5 Rules and Regulations 5.1 Legal Regulations. All materials must satisfy appli

19、cable laws, rules, regulations and recommendations valid in the country of usage. 5.2 Language. In the event of conflict between the Korean and English language, the Korean language shall take precedence. 5.3 Inspection and Rejection. Samples of components or materials released to a GM material spec

20、ification shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this material specification and approved by the responsible Engineering department prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. A new approval must be received for any changes, e.g., properties, manufacturing process, location

21、of manufacture, etc. If not otherwise agreed, all testing and documentation normally required for initial release must be completed. It is the responsibility of the supplier to inform the customer in a timely manner, without solicitation, and to include documentation of all modifications of material

22、s and/or processes and to apply for a new release. If not otherwise agreed, all release tests shall be repeated and documented by the supplier prior to commencement of delivery of non-conforming bulk supplies. In individual cases, a shorter test can be agreed to between the responsible Engineering d

23、epartment and the supplier. 5.4 Initial Source Approval.
