Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1
4、Test Conditions. 4.2.1.1 Shift into first gear. 4.2.1.2 Drive motor speed: (17905) rpm (the flywheel speed is (4455) rpm). 4.2.1.3 Conduct test in the order of engagement for 60 seconds : disengagement for 10 seconds : engagement for 10 seconds. 4.2.2 Sample Installation. 4.2.2.1 Install flywheel as
5、sembly, clutch plate and clutch assembly in the test stand. 4.2.2.2 Upon installation, assemble the clutch housing and align the fixture. 4.2.2.3 Install the dust absorbing system on the clutch housing to which the sample is installed in order to discharge dust and smell generated during test. 4.2.3
6、 Test. 4.2.3.1 Calibrate the torque meter and X-Y recorder. 4.2.3.2 Open the air line valve do that the clutch fork can operate, and set pressure to 3 kgf/cm2. 4.2.3.3 Shift into first gear. 4.2.3.4 Record the torque-time diagram on the X-Y recorder while conducting test in the order of engagement f
7、or 60 seconds : disengagement for 10 seconds. 5 Data 5.1 Check Point during Test. 5.1.1 Check with a tachometer if the flywheel speed of 4455 rpm is generated. 5.1.2 Check noise during operation. 5.1.3 The specification and evaluation shall be confirmed to the each specified drawings. 5.2 Evaluation
