Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certi

24、ficates, reports, etc. 3.3 Safety. This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations, and equipment. This standard does not propose to address all the safety problems associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health pra

Samples of components or material released to this standard shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this standard and approved by the responsible GM Department prior to the start of deli

Any change to the component or material, e.g., design, function, properties, manufacturing process and/or location of manufacture requires a new release of the product. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to provide the customer, unsolicite

Dispersion range, etc. shall be calculated from the survival probability 90 % Cycle, survival probability 10 %

37、Cycle and the ratio of survival probability 90 % Cycle to survival probability 10 % Cycle for each load level, and then be recorded. 4.1.4.3 Fatigue life curve. Using the calculation results of clause 4.1.4.2 above, plot the fatigue life curve at survival probability 90 %. 4.1.4.4 Determination Of I

38、nfinite Life Zone. On the fatigue life curve, determine the fatigue life of 107 Cycle and the corresponding load level as the infinite life zone. 4.1.4.5 Maximum Loading Zone in the Vehicle. The maximum load that can be applied to the flexible plate of the automatic transmission vehicle is determine

39、d by the maximum displacement obtainable when the vehicle is started with the crank shaft, flexible plate and torque converter assembled. The load level of the infinite life zone obtained in clause 4.1.4.4 above shows the load level when cracks start to show themselves in the test sample. 4.1.4.6 Fa

40、tigue Strength of Flexible Plate. From the test result data, the functional relation between the flexible plate angle and crack cycle can be obtained and from this relation can be forecast the functional relation between the fatigue strength and fatigue life of the flexible plate even though the loa
