3、l take precedence. 1.1 Purpose and Scope. This test specification defines the test conditions, courses and requirements for the static test of tension-limiting means of hydraulic vibration dampers. At this test, the strength of the junction stop ring - piston rod is tested. 2 References Note: Only t

GMW3059 2.3 Additional References. None 3 Test Preparation and Evaluation 3.1 Resources. 3.1.1 Calibration. The test facilitie
5、s and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a valid calibration label. 3.1.2 Alternatives. Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring variables as specified in this standard shall be determined correctly with respect to their physical definit
6、ion. 3.1.3 Test Piece. For the testing, the assembly piston rod-stop ring is used as test sample. If not differently specified, minimum 3 test samples are to be tested at initial sampling and in arbitrary cases, minimum 1 sample is for the current quality control. 3.1.4 Equipment. 3.1.4.1 Material -
7、 Testing Machine. A material-testing machine which must be so equipped that the test samples could be loaded with a steady speed of stressing of 5 mm/min max. The maximal test forces of the machine are guided by the requirements for the test. Suitable is a testing machine according to DIN 51220, DIN
8、 51221 Part 1 to 3 and DIN 51223. The testing machine must besides satisfy following requirement: y Accuracy of force measuring: 1 % of measured value. y Accuracy of deformation in extension: 0.01 mm. 3.1.4.2 A Coordinate Recorder (X-Y-Recorder) which plots the characteristic of force-way modificati
9、on of the sample. 3.1.4.3 Suitable Supporting Device. See Figure 1. 10、ions. The test is performed at +15 E to +35 E without primary treatment of sample. 3.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 3.3 Instructions. 3.3.
11、1 Test Arrangement. Figure 1 3.3.2 The piston ring loaded with a constant speed of 5 mm/min maximum to the force F and released again after then. Any change to the component or material, e.g., design, function, properties,
15、manufacturing process and/or location of manufacture requires a new release of the product. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to provide the customer, unsolicited, with documentation of any change or modification to the product/process, and to apply for a new release. If not otherwise ag
16、reed to, the entire verification test shall be repeated and documented by the supplier prior to start of delivery of the modified or changed product. In some cases, a shorter test can be agreed to between the responsible GM department and the supplier. 4 Requirements and Procedure 4.1 Performance Re
17、quirements. 4.1.1 The test force comes to F = 12 KN. 4.1.2 The Permanent Set F may come to 0.2 mm max. 4.1.3 Any damages of cracks may not be exhibited. 4.2 Further Requirements. 4.2.1 For admitted supplier, conform to this test specification. 4.2.2 Other additional specifications see relevant drawi
