To determine the fatigue life of the product population by specifying laboratory fatigue test procedures for the engine and transmiss

4、ion mounts. 1.2 Applicability. This standard applies to the laboratory fatigue test of all engine and transmission mounts fitted to J100 & J150 in section 3.2 below. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherwise specified. 2.1 External Standards/Specifications

None. 3 Test Requirements 3.1 Test Equipment Must Consist of the Following. 3.1.1 Hydraulic Supply. 3.1.2 Double Acting Hydraulic Actuator capable of applying load in the range +/- 10.0 kN and with a stroke not less than 50.0 mm. 3.1.3 10.0 kN Tension/Compres

6、sion Load Cell. 3.1.4 Displacement Transducer. 3.1.5 Single Channel PIDF Servocontroller with AC and DC signal conditioning. 3.1.6 Fixturing suitable to locate the component and test equipment such that loading is in the direction specified on component drawing. 3.2 Parts Applicable. 96308813 BRKT A

7、-TRANS MTG, REAR 96308100 BRKT A-TRANS MTG, REAR 96300692 BRKT A-TRANS MTG, REAR J150 96271523 BRKT A-TRANS MTG, REAR 4 Test Conditions 4.1 Procedure. 4.1.1 Ensure that the load cell and LVDT and correctly calibrated. The test is run in load control and the displacement amplitude is monitored to ens

8、ure that the test component can sustain the load applied. In the ev

9、ent that any condition which meets the failure criteria specified in section 5 is noted, the test is stopped and the component deemed to have failed. 4.2 Test Cycles. For the F16 MT bracket, part number 96308813: In X - direction Force Fx = +/- 4.0 kN Cycles Nx = 200,000. In Z - direction Force Fz =

10、 +/- 3.0 kN Cycles Nz = 250,000. For the ZF AT bracket, part number 96300692: In X - direction Force Fx = +/- 2.5 kN Cycles Nx = 150,000. In Z - direction Force Fz = +/- 1.0 kN Cycles Nz = 250,000. For the GMPT AT bracket, part number 96308100: In X - direction Force Fx = +/- 4.5 kN Cycles Nx = 500,

11、000. In Z - direction Force Fz = +/- 1.5 kN Cycles Nz = 300,000. For the J150 ZF16 AT bracket, part number 96271523: In X - direction Force Fx = +/- 2.5 kN Cycles Nx = 150,000. In Z - direction Force Fz = +/- 1.0 kN Cycles Nz = 250,000. Excitation Frequency = 20.0 +/- 5.0 Hz sine wave. Where the x-d

12、irection is defined as the horizontal axis front to rear. The y-direction is defined as the horizontal axis left to right and the z-direction is the vertical axis relative to the installed position of the component on the vehicle. 5 Performance 5.1 Each specimen in the sample is required to complete

13、 the number of cycles specified above without failure. 5.2 Failure is deemed to have occurred if a fatigue crack is seen in any location or if the component can no longer sustain the test load. 5.3 Normal sample size is 6. 6 Notes 6.1 Glossary.
