It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14109. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to specify tes

3、t procedure and requirements for testing strength, durability and reliability of door trim, which are not explicit on published drawings. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to door trims installed on passenger vehicles and small commercial vehicles. 3. TECHNICAL APPROVAL 3.1. GMDAT Design Team may reque

4、st manufacturer to submit samples of parts or components for the purpose of visual inspection or testing prior to product approval for mass production. 3.2. Manufacturer shall submit specified Test Report and specified quantity of samples as specified in this standard together with approved drawings

5、 to GMDAT Design Team for approval. Test result shall include the following details. Also, in case of any improvement made on prior version resulting from a previous test, such improved samples shall be submitted to the Design Team for approval. Test Report shall contain the following information. 3

Assemble all door trim fastener screws at required positions per drawing. 4.2.4. Install jig, load cell,

9、dial gauge and air pressure cylinder to enable load application inwards of door trim grip. 5. TEST PROCEDURE 5.1. Strength Test Apply 40kgf of load for 1 min at room temperature on door trim grip towards vehicle interior. 5.2. Endurance Test Conduct 50,000 cycles of endurance test using the followin

12、 or abnormal deformation. 6.1.2. There shall be no damage or separation on fastener or mounting screws. 6.1.3. There shall be no excessive deformation or crack on door inner panel. 6.2. Endurance Test 6.2.1. There shall be no separation of door trim or abnormal deformation. 6.2.2. There shall be no

13、damage or separation on fastener or mounting screws. 6.2.3. There shall be no excessive deformation or crack on door inner panel. 6.2.4. There shall be no cleavage occurrence during test. 6.2.5. Grip deformation under load of 12.5kgf shall satisfy the following. Initial: 5 mm or less, after test: 10

14、 mm or less 7. INSPECTION Mass production items shall be identical to the submitted samples. Each item shall be tested at regular agreed interval and satisfy the requirements and the test reports shall be submitted. 8. OTHER 8.1. In case of conflict between this standard and drawings, priority shall be in the order of drawing, standard and reference standards. 8.2. Revisions of this test standard and required performance specifications shall be according to Technical Standard Management Procedure and be approved by the Technical Standard Bureau.
