、GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology EDS Engineering, GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Standards HOOK-MAT TEST PROCEDURE Do Not Use on New Programs. Being Replaced by GMW14517 EDS-T-4305 ISSUED DATE: 2002. 11. 25 REVISED DATE: 2008. 10. 15 VERSION: 3 (Superceded) HOOK-MAT TEST PROCEDURE EDS-T-4305PAGE: 1/3 ISSUED
、 DATE: 2002. 11. 25 REVISED DATE: 2008. 10. 15 VERSION: 3 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Note: This standard may be applied only for current project (incl. T255 Program). It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14517. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this test is to verify insertion force,
、 separation force and durability of hook-mat. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to hook-mats of passenger vehicles. For items not specified in this standard, specifications on relevant drawing shall be followed. 3. TEST EQUIPMENT 3.1. Jig 3.2. Air Pressure Cylinder and Control Box 3.3. Pull-pull Gauge
、3.4. Hot-Cold Chamber 4. COMPONENT PARTS 4.1. Component parts of hook-mat consists of hook-mat assy (hook-mat upper and hook-mat lower) and hook-carpet assy (hook-carpet upper and hook-carpet lower). 5、0. 15 VERSION: 3 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 5. TEST METHOD & REQUIREMENTS All of the following detailed requirements shall be satisfied. 5.1. Test Preparation 5.1.1. Assemble Hook-Mat Lower and Hook-Mat Upper. Assemble Hook-Carpet Lower and Hook-Carpet Upper. Refer to Figure 1. 5.1.2. Assembled Upp
、er and Lower parts should not be detached during operation. 5.2. Insertion Force & Separation Force 5.2.1. Test Method (1) Install Hook-Carpet Assy to the fixation jig. (2) Use push-pull gauge to measure insertion/separation forces. (3) Unless otherwise specified, measure insertion/separation forces
、 by applying load vertically from the front end of Hook-Mat Upper. Refer to Figure 2. Load Direction. Figure 2. Load Direction 5.2.2. Requirements Unless specified in drawing otherwise, the insertion force between Hook-Mat Assy and Hook-Carpet Assy before and after Durability Test shall satisfy 15Kg
、f and the corresponding separation force 320Kgf. 5.3. Durability Test 5.3.1. Insertion/Separation Durability (1) Test Method: Define one cycle as insertion and separation of Mat-Hook. Conduct 4 cycles in one minute in the following sequence. HOOK-MAT TEST PROCEDURE EDS-T-4305PAGE: 3/3 ISSUED DATE: 2
、002. 11. 25 REVISED DATE: 2008. 10. 15 VERSION: 3 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Test Sequence Temperature Condition No. of Cycles 1 Room Temperature 3002 70 100 3 -30 100 (2) Requirements: There shall not be any deformation or damage in any area upon completion of insertion/separation durability test
、under each temperature condition. 5.3.2. Horizontal Load Durability Test (1) Test Method 1) Assemble Hook-Mat Assy onto Mat and assemble Hook-Carpet Assy onto Carpet. 2) Assemble Hook-Mat Assy and Hook-Carpet Assy and install them in actual vehicle condition. 3) Apply 15Kgf load on Mat in horizontal
、 direction at room temperature 10,000 times. 4) Load speed shall be 6CPM. (2) Requirements: Mat shall not separate from Carpet upon completion of durability test. Other parts shall not show any missing portion, deformation or damages. 6. Codying System This test requirement shall be indicated on drawing as follows: “The parts must comply with EDS-T-4305.” Additional requirements outside of this standard shall be indicated in relevant drawing and such specifications shall be applied with priority over this standard.
