TEST SAMPLES Minimum three new headsets and fixtures respectively 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting a seat back frame 4.2. Leveli

Measuring instruments for loads and length The measuring instruments shall be capable of measuring the load and the length displacement with maximum resolution of 0.5 kgf and 0.5 mm respectively. 4.4. Weight loading equipment Equipment capable of loading the weight greater than

5、 68 kgf 4.5. Recorder A recorder capable of recording the load and the displacement in load vs. displacement graphs 4.6. Weight loading jig A 50 mm wide square plate longer than the headset 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Preparation 5.1.1. Fit the seat back frame-fixing jig on the leveli

6、ng surface table, and then mount a headrest on the jig. 5.1.2. Set the headrest at the uppermost position. 5.2. Test Method 5.2.1. Load the initial weight of 4 kgf to measure the initial transformation, and then load th

8、e weight of 68 kgf to measure the maximum transformation. Remove the load and load the initial weight of 4 kgf again to measure the permanent transformation. 5.3. Evaluation 5.3.1. The maximum transformation shall be smaller than 130 mm. 5.3.2. The permanent transformation shall be smaller than 60 mm. 5.3.3. Any structure shall be free of damage. Figure 1
