3、RPOSE To verify the strength and rigidity of lower anchorage in the child restraint anchorage system installed on vehicle seats. 2. SCOPE All seats where lower anchorages are installed. 3. TEST SAMPLE & QUANTITY Three or more seat assemblies shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT & TEST JIG. 4.1. Jigs t
4、hat can hold a seat firm as in actual vehicle 4.2. Horizontal Plate 4.3. 5、GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 4.4. Load & length measurement device It shall allow measurement of load and length with tolerances within 0.5 kgf and 0.5 mm respectively. 4.5. Load accommodation device It shall accommodate minimum load of 2,000 kgf. 4.6. Recorder This device shall record load and Displ
6、acements and plot them in Load-Displacement graphs. TEST METHOD 5.1. Preparations for strength tests 5.1.1. Use B
7、ody Buck or a similar jig to firmly hold the Seat on the Horizontal Plate. 5.1.2. For seat position adjustments, Height Adjustment shall be set at the lowest position, Slider at the rearmost position, and Seat Back at vertical position. 5.1.3. Set SFAD 2 at Vehicle Seating Position and attach to two
8、 Lower Anchorages. 5.1.4. To remove looseness or tension applied on the test device, apply a rear load of 14 1.5 kgf on the central area of Lower Front Cross of SFAD 2. 5.2. Forward force strength test 5.2.1. At Point X in Figure 2, apply a preload of 50 kgf and test load of 1,650 kgf in parallel wi
9、th the longitudinal center line (0 5) and 105 above the horizontal line. 5.2.2. Test load application time follows Figure 3. 5.2.3. Record Load-Displacement data and plot Load-Displacement graph. Also measure SPAD 2 rotation angle while applying test load. 5.3. Lateral force strength test 5.3.1. At
10、Point X in Figure 2, apply a preload of 50 kgf and test load of 560 kgf in parallel with the longitudinal center line (755) and parallel (05) with the horizontal line. 5.3.2. Test load application time shall follow Figure 3. 5.3.3. Record Load-Displacement data and plot Load-Displacement graph. 5.4.
11、 Low load stiffness testing of lower anchorage bar 5.4.1. Apply load of 10 kgf each from the end point the Lower Anchorage Bar vertically, left-to-right and front-and-back in level position to measure load vs. displacement data and plot the data as Displacement-Load graphs. 5.4.2. Displacement measu
12、rement directions shall be along load application directions at the Lower Anchorage Bar. 6. TEST ASSESSMENT 6.1. Forward force strength 6.1.1. The maximum displacement at Point X under load application at Preloading position shall be within 125 mm. 6.1.2. Left-to-right rotation of SFAD 2 under test

14、 area or frame area. 6.2. Lateral force strength 6.2.1. The maximum displacement at Point X under load application at Preloading position shall be within 125 mm. 6.2.2. There shall not be any separation or tearing at each welding point, bolt, rivet, attachment area or frame area. 6.3. Low load stren
15、gth of lower anchorage bar 6.3.1. The maximum displacement in each direction under 10 kgf load application shall be 5 mm or under. 7.
